Trey Helten is living proof that harm reduction saves lives and turns them around. Formerly homeless and struggling with addiction, he is now general manager at the Vancouver Overdose Prevention Society and a beacon of hope to those affected by substance use disorder and marginalization. As his story shows, harm reduction is a vital bridge to health and social services that provides a pathway to hope and wellness.
